Includes a Rangemaster stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, large refrigerator. The dining area includes seating for up to 14 people. High chair available.

Utility

The utility room (accessed from the kitchen via the rear hallway) contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and additional fridge freezer. The utility room and adjacent rear hallway offer ample storage for coats, shoes and boots.

Living Room

Seating adequate for all guests on a very large and comfortable leather corner suite and additional accent chair. There is an electric fire, large curved screen smart television, DVD player and blue tooth speaker.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: On the ground floor with king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2: On the first floor - accessed via a staircase leading from the living room - this is a large family bedroom with king-size bed and two single beds. Landing area with wardrobe and access to family bathroom.

The remaining first floor bedrooms and second family bathroom are accessed via a second staircase leading from the rear hallway. Some low beams and doorways on this floor.
